What an awesome weekend! It took me this long to recover and write this blog! I hate the term but here goes my mind dump.
Sunday was incredible. There were new faces volunteering and giving of their time and talents. Thanks again to all of our HERO’s, you guys are awesome!
I love giving out survival kits. It means there are new people coming to know Christ in our church.
Fervid Praise really rocked Sunday Night! I really think the bass player is awesome.
COSMIC BOWLING was incredible. We had 40 plus people attend. Believe it or not I broke the 50 barrier and even the 100 barrier. Craig and I rocked against our opponents. Our score ( just the two of us….sounds like a song) equaled more than the 4, yes FOUR people we were playing against. WE ROCKED DUDE!
It was great seeing all the college students come out and those that are attending our church. Pray for them and that they will stay passionate for God.
Took Benjamin back to TMC on Monday.

Sunday was awesome. To all my HERO’s – Thank You! When you are volunteering, you are connecting with others and changing lives! The newcomers fellowship was awesome. With over 25 people attending, Hannah and I were able to really connect with all the new people attending life.
Are you connected? Your first connection is getting connected to God. Your second connection is getting connected to His word, the Bible. Your third connection is getting connected with the local church, Life. Your final connection is getting connected with other Christ followers. You do this by getting in a Life group with others of similar interests. These connections are God’s support system for us. Don’t live life alone, get connected today!
HERO’S, that is what I call our volunteers at Life Church. Why? Because Jesus places high value on serving and meeting the needs of others. The definition of HERO is a person who has performed a heroic act and is regarded as a model or ideal. What more of a heroic act can you perform than that of helping to change lives?
Every Sunday our HERO’S give of themselves so that others may enjoy and experience Life Change in our services. Jesus says that we should make this our Life. He says that everything we do, do it as unto Him. He even places such importance on a small task like that of giving someone a cup of water. HERO’S realize that they are serving Jesus when serving others. They realize that they are furthering the Kingdom of God and that through their efforts people’s lives will be changed. Many will come to know Christ by their simple act of Volunteering.
School is back in session! Where did the summer go? Well it’s over and now that school has begun we need to realize that this is a great time for the church.

It’s a great time to show an act of kindness to someone. Thanks for all of you that helped feed the teaching staff at Wesley Lakes Elementary school. You guys are awesome!
It’s a great time to focus on what is important. Furthering the Kingdom of God.
It’s a great time to volunteer at the weekend service. There are many areas you can volunteer in.
It’s a great time to enjoy the relevant messages that will change your life.
It’s a great time to thank God for all He has done and is doing in your life.
Back to School and Back to what’s really important – reaching the unreached for Jesus Christ!
